What is Kebisoni SACCO?
Kebisoni SACCO is a member-owned savings and credit cooperative based in Kebisoni Town Council, Rukungiri District (along Rukungiri–Ntungamo road). We help members save securely and access affordable credit.
Which account types can I open?
We offer Individual, Institution/Group, Joint, and Junior accounts. Savings products include Voluntary Savings, Fixed Deposit, MSACCO App Savings, and a Current Account for frequent transactions.
What are the account opening requirements and fees?
Individual: Photocopy of National ID + 2 passport photos — UGX 30,000
Institution/Group: Minutes of previous meeting (with signatories), LC1 Chairperson recommendation, 2 passport photos of signatories, copies of National IDs — UGX 25,000
Joint: National IDs for both holders + 2 passport photos each — UGX 35,000
Junior: Operated by an adult together with the minor; proof of the minor’s identity — UGX 15,000

What is MSACCO and how do I join on MTN?
MSACCO lets members transact by phone. On MTN, dial *165*6*3#, use SACCO ID KEBIS, then follow the prompts to Join. For the full step-by-step (11 steps as on our guide), see the MSACCO Guide (MTN tab).

How do I make deposits or withdrawals with MSACCO?
Use the MSACCO USSD on your network (MTN *165#, Airtel *185#), select SACCO / MSACCO, then choose Deposit or Withdraw and follow the prompts. Detailed steps for each network are in the MSACCO Guide.
How can I reset or change my MSACCO PIN?
For your security, PIN reset/help is handled at the branch. Visit us with your National ID and registered phone number and we’ll assist you.
What are the details for Voluntary Savings?
Minimum deposit: UGX 2,000/= · Minimum balance: UGX 10,000/= · No withdrawal limit. Quarterly interest at 3% p.a. is awarded to savings equal or greater than UGX 100,000/=.
How does Fixed Deposit work?
Minimum fixed amount: UGX 500,000/=. Terms: 3, 6, 9, or 12 months. Indicative interest range: 5% – 15% depending on amount and term. Early termination may be allowed but without interest.
What are the features of the Junior Savings account?
For children below 18 years, operated jointly by an adult and the minor. Minimum deposit: UGX 2,000/=. Withdrawals are limited to 3 times a year.
What is the Current Account used for?
Ideal for collections like school fees, groups and savings. No limit on transactions and no monthly charges.
Can I use MSACCO without a smartphone?
Yes. MSACCO works on any phone via USSD (MTN *165#, Airtel *185#). A smartphone is only needed for the mobile app version.
